Notes

• FIGSI Members are eligible for a discount on the standard rates i.e. 10% for Life Members and 2.5% for Ordinary Members.
• No Foreign exhibitors will allowed to book the stall in the name of Indian Agents.
• Exhibitors whose rental exceeds Rs.2,40,000/- are advised to deduct admissible TDS at the time of payment of the rental.

Payment terms

Payment schedule

1. Stall Charges are payable by DD / Bankers Draft / Bank transfer/NEFT in favour of "FIGSI A/c STONA", payable at Bangalore.
2. 25% of the stall rental along with GST @ 18% has to be sent along with the application as non-refundable advance.
3. All the bank Charges has to be borne by the Exhibitors.
4. No booking of stalls will be entertained without 25% advance and necessary application.
5. Balance along with the GST has to be paid on or before 31st October 2024.
6. In case any of the exhibitor fails to make balance payment on or before 31st October 2024, STONA2025 Fair stall Allotment Committee will have the right to give extension upto 30th November 2024 on merits of the case. However 10% extra charges will be levied / payable on the full rental of the stall.
7. If the full payment and the extra charges are not received before 31st December 2024, the advance payment of 25% paid will be forfeited and the stall will be allotted to other applicant.
8. No discount will be given if full payment is not received by 31st December 2024.
9. No cancellation will be allowed after 1st January 2025 and in case cancellation is done after January 2025, the exhibitors are liable to pay the 100% stall rental.
10. President and Chairman, STONA 2025 decision will be final and binding on all the applicants and also any changes in layouts.
11. All payment should be accompanied with 18% GST as per Government of India rules.
12. Exhibitors are advised to deduct TDS as applicable for the rental paid over and above Rs.2.4 Lakhs as per the provision of IT act.

Modes of payment

All payments within India to be made by Demand Draft, favouring "FIGSI A/c. STONA", payable at Bengaluru, India, in Indian Rupees. Foreign Exhibitors will be provided swift code details separately.

Domestic Exhibitors can also send the payment by RTGS / NEFT as per the following details. Bank changes if any will be at exhibitors accounts.

Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST): 18%

Government of India has levied GST on all exhibition services. The GST is payable on the stall rentals, electrical charges, advertisement charges and other fair services for the exhibition, to be paid by all exhibitors. The GST payable on the captioned fair will be 18% on the billing amount; which shall be payable over and above the rates for rentals, advertisements and other services. The tax may change from time to time and the tax at the time of payment has to be remitted. Please note that FIGSI GST Tax No. is 29AAATA1735G1ZZ.

Stall allotment procedure

1. 15th May, 2024 - Receiving of applications with 25% payment for stall booking from Sponsors, Life Members and Exhibitors of STONA 2023 who intend to book stall of size 36 sq. mtrs. and above.
2. by 24th May 2024 - Allotment of stalls to Sponsors / Life Members /Exhibitors of STONA 2023 who intend to take stall of size 36 sq. mtrs and above.
3. 27th May 2024 onwards - Receiving of applications forms from other exhibitors.
4. After 27th May 2024 on first cum first served basis - Allotment of Stalls to other exhibitors

Sponsors, Life Members / Exhibitors of STONA 2023 who do not book their stall and forward their application before 1st May 2024 along with the 25% advance payment + GST @ 18 % and booking request form will not have their priority preference, but will be treated with other prospective exhibitors on first-come-first basis subject to availability of the stalls from May 2024 Onwards.

Kindly note that no booking will be done without the advance payment.
