Booth amenities

The Organizers offer built-up furnished booths in various sizes containing basic furniture and furnishings as below: (only for shell scheme).

If Exhibitors take more than one stall and if it is more then 24 sq mts it will be considered as Raw Space.

Electricity charges

Exhibitors booking Outdoor space / Indoor raw space or those who require additional power would be required to pay the electricity connection charge @ Rs.4,000 per KW Connected Load. Exhibitors opting for raw space has to forward their request for electricity along with payment before 1st December 2024. GST of 18% will be charged on the power charges also. During the preparation period Rs.1,500 per KW per day will be charged for the exhibitors who require for erection work. In respect of Overseas Exhibitors, the tariff will be USD 60 per KW and Rs.1,500 per KW per day for temporary power.

Exhibitor's Directory

Every Exhibitor will be given a free listing in the Exhibitors Directory of STONA 2025 as per the details provided by the Exhibitor. Advertisement slots are available as per the tariff published in the application form.
