Setting up your e-stall

Step-by-step guide for STONA 2025 exhibitors to set up their branded company e-stall to list their products and publish updates.

Registering for an e-stall#

Create an account on STONA India Network Site. We recommend using an email to create an account under your company name.

Setup the profile and add the company logo and details to the account created.

Fill this form to register your interest in getting an e-stall for STONA 2025.

Activating your e-stall#

Prerequisites to gaining Operator access for an E-stall:

Once the above conditions are fulfilled, our admin will make an E-stall shell under your company name available for you. The company account created earlier will be assigned as the Channel Operator for the E-stall.

Accessing your E-stall#

When you login with the company account you created, you will see Hero Dashboard under the profile menu. The Hero Dashboard provides access to the Channel Dashboard that can be used to independently configure and manage the entire E-stall.

Follow this path: Profile Menu > Hero Dashboard > Orgs > E-stall

E-stalls on STONA India Network Site are Organisation channels and Channel Operators will find their E-stall with their company name under Orgs. Here's a detailed guide.

Setting up your branded e-stall#

Channel Operators can use Edit channel to setup the E-stall the way they like by adding the company logo (1:1), branded cover image (3:1), tagline, contact and other essential information. They can optionally also add an About page. Learn more.

Creating your product catalogue#

Product catalog under the Channel dashboard allows Channel Operators to add new products and manage existing products. Once a product has been added, it shows up under the existing products table and can be further edited. Read more on the Product Catalog.

Channel operators can edit each product individually to add product short and long descriptions, images, pricing, variants and other optional information. Learn more.

Publishing on your e-stall#

Channel Operators can use the rich authoring tools available under Home and Updates to publish content on the Channel. You may publish updates about your company, post an article about a product, create a poll or even create a quiz or survey.

All published content shows up under Home and Updates section of the E-stall, and also forms a part of the STONA India Network Site feed. Published content can also be found via search, enhances visibility, is shareable and can be engaged with by site members.

Tracking e-stall performance#

Once your branded e-stall is ready, you can begin sharing it across your social platforms and newsletters.

All STONA India Network Site visitors and members will also get visibility to e-stalls, and the most engaging stalls (based on completeness of setup, content publishing and audience engagement) will be showcased on the home page.
